I enjoy playing all sorts of venues, ranging from wine tastings and weddings to coffeehouses and country clubs. And with the variety of settings comes an extensive repertoire, ranging from Blues to Broadway and from New Age to Jazz.

For private parties, the evening may well start off with some good conversation music to create the ambiance for guests to catch up with old friends and make new ones. As the party warms up, the piano often becomes the center of the party as guests request their favorites - tunes like Billy Joel’s Piano Man or Elton John’s Your Song - or perhaps some Broadway tunes from yesteryear. Is there a singer in the crowd? (There always is.) They sing, I play… Sorry - no sitting on the piano.

I love playing for weddings. I can provide all the music before, during and after the ceremony, and then play the dance music for the reception. Outdoor wedding? No problem. All I'll need is a power source within 100 ft of where you want me (and my portable piano).
